Job Opening: Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Consultant / Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
📍 Location: Woodland Hills, CA – Onsite (4 days/week)

Currently seeking to immediately fill the position of Senior Salesforce Consultant/BSA with extensive hands-on expertise in both Sales Force Administration and Consulting Practices. This is a front-end engagement working directly with Senior Salesforce Architects as well as multiple enterprise teams plus significant business stakeholders ensuring not only tactical success but strategic alignment too.
Salesforce Solution Design – Ability in Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Cloud solutions is necessary for making systems work well and fit the needs of clients. Salesforce Administration & Consulting – Deep knowledge about how Salesforce works and the best ways to use it is important for getting the most out of it.
• Gathering of requirements (JIRA/Confluence)- capability for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements effectively to maintain clear communications among different project teams.
Salesforce Configuration & Administration– experience in configuration of applications related to Salesforce that will improve on the user experience and functionalities of such applications.
CRM Roadmap Planning & Implementation – ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap plan for the implementation of CRM initiatives towards business success.
Onsite-Offshore coordination. Able to manage and coordinate tasks between Onsite resources and Offshore teams for seamless project execution. Stakeholder Management & Communication. Highly proficient in engaging stakeholders and managing their relationship to exceed their expectations.
• Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise – Acquaintance with the healthcare payer landscape is essential to comprehend industry-specific challenges and provide customized solutions.
